The FRC℠ verification tool is not a browsable list. To protect our consultants, you confirm a specific person you are already talking to. Enter their exact first and last name to verify that the Federal Retirement Consultant holds the designation in good standing.
Confirm the Federal Retirement Consultant by name. A designation you cannot verify is not much of a designation. The FRC designation is listed with FINRA's Professional Designations database.
To check a financial advisor's credentials, verify their insurance license or securities registration through the appropriate regulator, such as FINRA BrokerCheck or your state's department of insurance. This is the one thing a bad actor cannot fake.
Check that the consultant is licensed to work with you where you live. Federal benefit rules are the same nationwide, and most of this work happens by phone or video, so their office does not need to be nearby.
