FRC Certification and Professional Network

FFEBA certifies professionals who complete the requirements of the Federal Retirement Consultant (FRC) designation, which includes approved education, examination, and background verification. Certified professionals may appear in our directory and have the option to join the FFEBA network of professionals.

Some Certified FRCs may also choose to participate in FFEBA’s matchmaking program, which connects individuals seeking education on federal benefits with qualified professionals. Participation in the network or the matchmaking program is not mandatory and is separate from the certification process.

Please note:

  • FRC certification does not imply endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of a professional’s services or outcomes by FFEBA.
  • Presence in or absence from the directory or matchmaking program does not imply any evaluation or judgment by FFEBA.
  • Consumers are solely responsible for vetting and selecting professionals, and should conduct their own due diligence.
